Missouri Preservation is calling for nominations for the 2010 list of Most Endangered Historic Places. Nominations will be accepted until April 1, 2010, and the announcement will be made during National Preservation Week in May.

2009 Most Endangered Historic Places

The 2009 Most Endangered Historic Places were announced on Tuesday, May 19. This year's properties include:

    1. St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railroad Depot - Fredericktown (Madison County)
    2. Lexington Municipal Auditorium - Lexington (Lafayette County)
    3. Grant's Drug Store - Pilaster House - Hannibal (Marion County)
    4. Pierce City RVI Middle School (Lawrence County)
    5. James Collier Marshall Home (Fairfax) - Rock Hill (St. Louis County)
    6. African-American Schools Across Missouri
    7. Wheatley-Provident Hospital - Kansas City (Jackson County)
    8. The MKT Railroad Bridge - (Cooper and Howard Counties)
    9. Courthouses Across Missouri Specifically the Clark County Courthouse - Kahoka (Clark County)
